Parking & Traffic Reminder
To help keep traffic flowing smoothly, please use directional entry and exit at Lapping Park—enter through the East Entrance and exit through the West Entrance.
Overflow parking is available thanks to the generosity of Parkwood Church of the Nazarene, located nearby.
50 / 50 Raffle - Support a Good Cause
We want to take a moment to support Jake Cole, father of Harper (aka Scout), who was involved in a serious dirt bike accident six months ago. Jake has been focused on his recovery and continues to face challenges, and his wife Sarah and their four children have been by his side throughout this journey.
At our Field Grand Opening event, we will be hosting a 50 / 50 raffle to raise funds for the Cole family.
Raffle Details:
- Ticket Sales: Tickets will be available at the administration table near the silent auction. One “arm pull” of tickets is $10. We will accept cash, check, or Venmo. Exact change is appreciated!
- Drawing Time: The raffle drawing will take place at 4 PM.
- Keep Your Ticket: You do not need to be present to win, so be sure to hang onto your ticket!
- Winner Announcement: The winning ticket number will be posted on our social media channels.
- Unclaimed Prizes: The winner will have 48 hours to contact the club and claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within that time, a new winner will be drawn.

Silent Auction
This is your chance to bid on incredible items while supporting our club. Bidding is NOW OPEN and will close on April 12th at 4 PM.
You can bid on the silent auction online or in person. Bidding will end at 4 PM, and the winner can pay for their basket that day and pick it up, or coordinate a future pickup. Cash/check or Venmo are the preferred methods of payment, but we can also bill the winners through GotSport.
Volunteer Sign-Up
We need your help to make our Field Grand Opening event a success! Volunteers can sign up for one or more hours during the event, depending on your availability. Here’s how you can get involved:
- Bounce House Supervisors: We need 3 volunteers per hour to supervise the bounce houses and ensure safety and fun.
- Admin for Silent Auction Table: Help manage the silent auction table for any available hour throughout the day.
Feel free to sign up for one hour or more between the hours of 9:30 - 5:30 PM, based on your schedule.
Volunteers are needed for both setup and close-up to ensure everything runs smoothly.
