WHY AST? AST provides players with a structured training model on the basis of Fun, Development, and Individualization.

Our AST trainings are run by our licensed coaching staff each week.

It provides players the opportunity to experience game realistic scenarios, small group and individual technical trainings, and age appropriate development opportunities throughout each session.

AST has been a fantastic opportunity for a lot of our families so far, and we hope to see you and your player out there with us soon!

WHO? Everyone is welcome. Open to boys and girls ages 7 - 14.

WHERE? Binford Park in New Albany, IN

WHEN? Sundays in April 2 - May 21 (no sessions on 4/9 or 5/14)

• 7 / 8 Age Group: 1 - 2 PM
• 9 / 10 Age Group: 2 - 3 PM
• 11 / 12 Age Group: 3 - 4 PM
• 13 / 14 Age Group: 4 - 5 PM

HOW LONG is each training session? One hour.

Cost: $40

Total cost includes six sessions and a training t-shirt.
