Tyler Gibson

Tyler Gibson is a Co-Founder of TG Training Ground and is in his 11th year professionally as the Captain for Indy Eleven.
Gibson has played in nearly 12,000 minutes of USL action across six seasons, also spending time with FC Cincinnati (2018) and Louisville City FC (2021-23).
In two seasons (2019-20) with Indy Eleven, Gibson started all 53 matches played, including 37 during the Boys in Blue’s 2019 season that saw the club win 19 regular-season games and reach the USL Championship Eastern Conference Final. Gibson played in 3,353 minutes of a possible 3,360 of action in 2019 and registered a goal and an assist.
No stranger to USL playoff action during his time with Louisville City FC, Gibson played in 87 matches with 70 starts, helping the club to the USL Championship Final in 2022 and USL Conference Finals in 2021 and 2023.
In his one season with FC Cincinnati, the franchise won the USL regular season and made an appearance in the conference semifinals.
Prior to his time in the USL, Gibson played three seasons in the NASL with San Antonio (2015), Rayo OKC (2016) and SF Deltas (2017). San Francisco won the 2017 NASL Championship, the final year for the league.

Carson Pickett
Coach: TG Training Ground

Position: Defender
Birthdate: September 15, 1993
Hometown: Orange Park, FL
2023: Pickett appeared in 26 matches at outside back across all competitions for Louisville in 2023, starting 24 of them. She continued as one of the league’s most attacking-minded defenders in her first season with the club, ranking near the top of the NWSL in penalty area entries (2nd), crosses (2nd) and passes into the final third (4th),
Before Racing Louisville FC: Pickett, a left back who was the fourth pick in the 2016 NWSL Draft, is a back-to-back Best XI selection over the past two seasons and won a national championship in 2014 with Florida State. The Florida native led the NWSL in assists this past season with six, a year after tying for second in the league with five.
In all, Pickett has one goal and 16 assists in 130 NWSL appearances with the Courage, OL Reign and Orlando Pride and has regularly ranked among the league leaders in chances created and interceptions, among other areas.
International: She made her U.S. Women’s National Team debut in June 2022, appearing in two matches.
