AST (Advanced Skills Training)
Fall 2025
WHO: Boys and girls ages 8 - 14. Must be currently registered in either our Fall 2025 Recreational Program or the 2025 - 2026 Travel Program.

WHERE: Lapping Park 961 Potters Ln, Clarksville, IN 47129

WHEN: Fridays starting September 12th - November 14th (6 sessions - no training October 3rd, 10th, 24th or 31st)

Ages 8-10: 6 - 7 PM
Ages 11-14: 7 - 8 PM

HOW LONG is each training session? One hour.
​
Cost: Free and only available for players currently registered in either our Fall 2025 Recreational Program or the 2025 - 2026 Travel Program.

We ask players attending to wear an SIU shirt and bring cleats, shin guards, ball, and water.
​
Spots are limited—secure yours today! To participate in our Advanced Skills Training (AST) sessions, you must complete registration.​​

What is AST?
AST (Advanced Skills Training) is Southern Indiana United’s in-club supplemental training program designed to enhance each player’s development in a fun, focused, and supportive environment.

Program Focus:
AST sessions emphasize fundamental attacking and defending principles through phase play and small-sided games. Players will experience game-realistic situations while developing technical ability, tactical understanding, and decision-making under pressure.

Led by Licensed Coaches – All trainings are conducted by our experienced, certified SIU coaching staff.
